Web 2.0 and beyond

To a temporary place in time...
What an interesting article. It's like coming full circle. Will we have to bring back the librarians with orthopedic shoes and buns? I hope not. Dr. Schultz's idea of a 4.0 world where the library is a knowledge spa is inticing though. It would be nice to spend a day immersed in books without the white noise of the computers. But for me it would have to be a "vacation" day. I'm so addicted to my toys that I experienced withdrawal while on vacation. I can't wait to see what 3.0 is going to look like in 3D. This is such an exciting time to be in libraries, I look forward to my next fix.
